Full Body SCULPT Plan - WORKOUT 3
Workout 3 of my six-week full body SCULPT plan. SCULPT is a six week home fitness plan to tone up and increase your fitness with low impact exercises. All workouts are 20 minutes including a short warm up and cool down. You need a light pair of dumbbells but water bottles can be used.
