Changes I've Made on One Meal A Day Diet || FASTING and OMAD

I have made 3 changes on my One Meal A Day Diet. The first is an increase of fat, the second is a decrease in calories and the third is a decrease in sleep. These changes have been intuitive and organic. I also mention a few facts about me including my age, weight and height.
