In this video, Dr. Berg talks about the key recommended nutrients when you do OMAD or One Meal a Day. OMAD is when you do 23 hours of fasting which is very beneficial to the body.

Intermittent fasting helps your body recycle nutrients so you only need fewer RDAs than when you are eating too frequently and also you are going to need only fewer amounts of calories and the fat that you are burning is making out of the loose calories.

• Vitamin A: Egg Yolk, Fish, Cod Liver
• Vitamin D: Cod Liver, Sun
• Vitamin E: Veggies, Nuts, Seeds
• Vitamin K1: Greens
• Vitamin K2: Egg Yolk, Liver, Cheese, Meats
• Vitamin C: Sauerkraut, Bell Pepper, Salad
• Vitamin B3: Nutritional Yeast
• Minerals: Electrolytes (magnesium, calcium, potassium)
• Trace Minerals: Sea Kelp
• Omega 3: Cod Liver
• Amino Acids: Protein
