Easy 20 Minute Chicken Tacos GUARANTEED to Make You Want More!

Let me show you how to make these easy 20 minute chicken tacos! As promised in the video I have listed the recipe below. Please be advised, we didn't measure any of the spices when we prepped the chicken. All of the measurements listed are very close approximates! As long as you don't add too much salt, you can increase of decrease any of the measurements listed below. I always recommend to start small then gradually increase your seasonings and taste as you go.

Recipe

5 boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 green onions- diced
1 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup diced white onion
2 jalapeños (with some seeds, optional)
*all seasonings are approximate
1.5 - 2 tsp salt
1.5 - 2 tsp chili powder
1.5 - 2 tsp cumin
1 tsp thyme leaves
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp oil
For the tortillas we used King Arthur Organic Masa Harina

2 cups Masa Harina
2 cups warm water
heavy pinch of salt 1:56

For toppings we used a small amount of reserved diced onions, cilantro and lime. Greek yogurt and guacamole are excellent options as well!
