Make consistency in the gym easier

Consistency is one of the best things to utilize to help us progress.

This simple idea is often one of the more difficult ones to produce.

We have to find ways to make it easier!

Lay your clothes out. Prep your meals or supplements. Remove the thinking and the stuff that allows us to slip up.

Make the bad stuff harder by avoiding setting yourself up for failure. This could look like running home first after work before going to the gym.

You are what you consistently do!

Build a routine that works with you, and makes things easier.
