This is the 3 week follow up of the giant inflamed cyst that had excessive dark colored discharge with the first I+D. Now that most of the fluid has dried up, I can try to remove the deflated cyst wall. Still to juicy for open excision but improving greatly. Patient states pain is almost completely resolved.
