This was a cyst that had become inflamed (common in this area from sitting), fluid and pressure had built up causing green purulent discharge. You can see with pressure that cyst particles and fluid are drained. You can see my small elliptical wedge cut not only allows me to remove the enlarged pore associated with the cyst, but also allows me to visualize the inside walls better allowing me to catch the two remaining pieces of cyst wall lining that would have reformed into another cyst had I not removed them.
