Sleeper Stretch to Improve Internal Rotation (Shoulder Mobility)

You should never feel any pinching or pain anywhere during this stretch especially the front of the shoulder. In the Video, I am leaning back with my right shoulder too much.. try to stay stacked better than I did.

Sleeper
30-120 seconds sinking in with quality breathing
PAILS: 20 seconds
RAILS:5-15 seconds
2-3 rounds with 30-60 seconds in between of quality breathing.
