This 5 minute morning mobility routine is perfect for increasing full body range of motion. Don't worry if you're a beginner when it comes to stretching, regressions are shown so everyone can follow along.

This workout should be done continuously in a full body flow, we're incorporating yoga stretches to help improve active flexibility.
