In this video, I am going to talk about the top three best and worst purchases I made in my 20s as a real estate agent. I am aware that everyone has different needs and priorities, but I’m sharing my purchases so it can be a good starting point for those of you who are unsure of where your spending money may go and you can also learn from my purchase mistakes, and hopefully, you don’t repeat it.

By the way, I’m not sure if you'll notice but designer items or luxury items aren’t among my purchases. Most of my purchases are actually gadgets because every purchase I make, I treat it as an investment. I make sure that what I’ll buy will either increase my productivity or my potential income. You can actually do the same. After all, time is money.
