Preps:
*have all the ingredients in room temperature
*this recipe is for 8-10 servings
Rum raisins:
water 50g
sugar 25g
raisins 60g
rum 1 tablespoon
Cookies:
egg yolk 1
unsalted butter 55g
powdered sugar 30g
cake flour 90g
almond powder 25g
baking powder 2g
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon (optional)
butter cream:
unsalted butter 60g
white chocolate 60g
a pinch of salt
rum 1 teaspoon (as you like)

準備工作:
*將所有材料放置室溫
*此食譜可做約8-10份
蘭姆葡萄乾:

蛋黃 1顆
無鹽奶油 55g
純糖粉 30g
低筋麵粉 90g

奶油霜:
無鹽奶油 60g
白巧克力 60g
鹽 1小撮
蘭姆酒 1小匙 (視喜好加入)
