Andrews govt believe Victorians are 'stupid' and will forget the quarantine scandal

The Parliament of Victoria was forced to endure 20 minutes of “obfuscating, filibustering, .... and blathering” by the state’s Health Minister who refused to accept responsibility for the COVID-19 outbreak says Sky News host Paul Murray.

“There are multiple failures that stack up to the roof”.

Ten thousand people were able to hide behind the Victorian human rights bill amid the second wave of the virus, as privacy laws impeded upon tracking and tracing processes, allowing many potential positive cases to avoid taking a coronavirus test, Mr Murray said.

“We learnt today that apparently there was a thing called the crazy floor in one of these hotels where essentially people were denied the ability to smoke and that meant they were forced into cold turkey so they were going crazy”.

“They were able to overpower guards they were able to bribe guards”.

Mr Murray said the Andrews government simply believes the general public are “stupid and will forget” the many scandals which have marred its political career over the past few years.
