Home Interval Workout

This workout is great if you are trying to maintain your cardiovascular work from home and stay fit! The workout is standing and challenges the change in body position which is a great challenge for POTs sufferers that are quite advanced with their exercise and rehabilitation.
This is a challenging workout and I advise for you to take it within your abilities and rest when needed!

Easy: 20 seconds on; 40 seconds rest
Intermediate: 20 seconds on; 20 sec off
Advanced: 20 sec on; 10 sec off
