Everyday Stretch Routine- Lockdown Movements

The best way to start and end your day? A few full body stretches are always a good option!
During lockdown now most of us are working behind the computer and in a seated position for a long period of time! Our bodies were made to move and a great way to prevent aches and pains, as well as stiff muscles is stretching.
Stretching is used in every session we give clients because we know how useful it is to loosen up the muscles surrounding joints and ensure our clients do not feel as though their bodies are 'locked up'.

This videos highlights a few stretches from lying to seated to standing. Hold each stretch for 15 seconds and repeat three times on each side. The nerve stretches should only be held for 3-5 seconds.
