People Said This About BJJ 18 Years Ago, And They Were All Wrong

Is BJJ effective in MMA anymore? This is the guts of the question I got asked by Zinedine recently. So in this video I share some ideas to. . . chew on. . . as to whether or not I believe BJJ is still relevant in Mixed Martial Arts in todays current fighting arenas.

Some of this will probably be just basic "Duh" information. But this argument has been going on since I started training way back in 2003 (18 years ago). And apparently it's still going. Which is strange to me because BJJ is still useful and effective.

The reality is that it's just going to look different than it once did as all the martial arts are blending together.
