Basic Double Stack Pass Counter in BJJ

In today's video I'll be reviewing a couple options to defend the double stack pass.

One of my guys was having trouble defending it today in class, so I thought I'd share what we discussed here too.

This is a pretty common pass in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, both Gi and No-Gi. In fact, it's also one of my personal favorite passes.

With that being said, every BJJ technique has counters and defenses & I wanted to show you a few of my favorite options here.

Getting stacked sucks. So, hopefully there's a few ideas here that you find helpful.
