EXERCISE 1: BENCH ONE ARM PUSH UP 3 X 8-10/SIDE
EXERCISE 2: FLUTTERING DRAGON FLAG 3 X 20-30SECONDS
EXERCISE 3: DECLINE PUSH UP 3 X 10-15
EXERCISE 4: SIDE PLANK UP 3 X 15-20/SIDE
EXERCISE 5: DIAMOND PUSH UP 2 X FAILURE
EXERCISE 6: SALSA PLANK 2 X FAILURE

*30-45 SECOND BREAK BETWEEN SETS AND EXERCISES

*FAILURE = AS MANY REPS(OR AS LONG A TIME) AS YOU
