Full body (NO EQUIPMENT) workout.
Hey champ!
This is a great full body workout it will only take you 35 min and you can do it anywhere with no equipment.
We will be working our legs, glutes, core and upper body.
The workout consists out of 4 circuits which all include 3 sets and 3 exercises each.
