GROW YOUR BOOTY FASTER | Glute Activation Exercises Before Workout | booty warmup exercises
This quick glute activation circuit should be done before your next glute workout to maximize your booty growth. The purpose of any glute activation warm up is to warmup and activate "or wake up" the muscles in your booty that you are trying to target.
When you activate your muscles before a workout, your body pumps more blood in that specific area optimizing the potential to see faster growth. So if your goal is to achieve faster booty growth then add this glute activation exercise routine to your next glute or leg day!
There are 4 exercises done at 15 reps each with a total 2 rounds. There is a 10 second rest between each exercises and a 15 second rest between the first and second round!
