SUPER FUN STANDING LEG EXERCISES FOR KIDS

Today's new workout for kids focuses on lower body and leg muscles! The workout includes a series of strength exercises that will effectively work their legs muscles.

The legs are a very important part of our body, as we use them to move around, walk, run, play sports, and keep the body upright and balanced! These are the best exercises kids can do for their legs, in order to stay in good physical shape and keep their muscles active and strong. Kids will do stretching, jumping and running exercises, followed by a series of bilateral exercises and lunge variations. The little ones will need just 12 minutes a day to get stronger legs!!
