南乳炆排骨 Stewed Pork Ribs With Red Fermented Bean Curd (有字幕 With Subtitles)

排骨800克,南乳35克,柱侯醬1/2湯匙,冰糖20克,月桂葉2片,八角1粒,蒜頭5瓣,薑適量。
排骨洗淨吸乾水,爆香薑蒜盛出,排骨煎至微黃放回薑蒜,轉小火下南乳柱侯混合醬爆炒,炒至醬香下冰糖、1湯匙紹興酒、月桂葉和八角,加入熱水,小火炆1小時。
Ingredients:
Pork ribs 800 grams
Red fermented bean curd 35 grams
Chu Hou sauce 1/2 tablespoon
Rock sugar 20 grams
2 Bay leaves
1 Star anise
5 garlic cloves
Some ginger(sliced)
Steps to follow:
Rinse and drain pork ribs, Sauté ginger slices and garlic cloves and take out, Fry the pork ribs to light brown colour on both sides, Add back the ginger and garlic, Turn to low heat to add in and to sauté mixed sauce of red fermented bean curd and Chu Hou sauce, Add in rock sugar, 1 tbsp of Shaoxing wine, bay leaves and star anise, Pour in hot water to stew for 1 hour on low heat, Thicken the sauce to serve.
