Truckee, Ca several semi's become buried in snow after getting stuck. One driver started the enormous task of digging himself out with a shovel. Travel is very difficult and slow with chain restrictions in place taking hours just to go a few miles. Homes and cars are buried in snow to the point they are not accessible. The snow even proves slow going for the giant rotary plows as the snow cuts reach 6-8' when they were barely noticeable just a couple days ago.
