Mini Band Arm Workout at Home: Best Exercises (2020)

Tune in for a mini band upper body workout and arm workout with big results in the latest installment of my at home workout series. One band, stronger biceps, triceps, and shoulders...even a nice addition to a back workout, and it's all in one video. A few rounds of this series could be a great way to warm up using a lighter band or finish off an upper body workout with a stronger band. Also works well to pre-exhaust the arms and shoulder muscles prior to push-ups, pull-ups, etc. Many of these exercises also do a terrific job recruiting needed shoulder stabilizers such as the rotator cuff which can help reduce shoulder pain and break through strength training plateaus. It's another story where you can choose your own ending...or beginning.

Exercises:
"Miming" (Good exercise to do for time (30-60s). Use a stronger band once you can do over 60s)
Mini-band Tricep Extensions
Mini-band Bicep Curls (great to do as a superset w/tricep extensions)
Mini-band Side Laterals/"Openers": 5:18
Mini-band Rows: 7:10
Mini-band Skull Crushers: 8:26 (These are harder than they look)
Mini-band Concentration Curl: 10:08
