Best Bicep Exercise at Home: The Preacher Curl

Today I discuss I tried and true bicep builder called the Preacher Curl (also known as the Scott Curl and the Gironda Curl) which involves traditionally stabilizing the upper arm with a bench. I have found a unique way to secure a foam roller to simulate this movement which is the next best thing when gym access and equipment is limited. This is also a fantastic exercise in its own right however, and will certainly continue to be a staple of my training routine even when gyms reopen. Just because you can't go to the gym does mean you can't get results. So if your bicep development and/or strength is lagging, lag no longer. Enter the Preacher Curl.
