How to Fix Your 'Stiff Neck' with a Barbell

Upper shoulder pain can certainly be a pesky problem to deal with, particularly when you wake up with a 'stiff neck' and feels like it needs a massage though there doesn't seem to be a masseuse within arms length. If you happen to have a barbell/smith machine or are heading to the gym you're in luck. Here I also show how various detachable grips can also help for those looking for broader/different pressure. **Disclaimer: Many serious conditions can sometimes present similarly to a simple case of a stiff/tight neck and upper shoulder pain so don't hesitate to talk to your doctor and get medical treatment if symptoms do not improve or worsen. Do not attempt if your arm has radiating pain/feels numb or tingly, or feels cool.
