GORDITAS DE RAJAS Y QUESO EN CÓMALA | SALSA DE MOLCAJETE

Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make the best gorditas de rajas con queso with salsa de molcajete! Seriously soooo delicious, you can always stuff the gorditas with anything you want, rajas con queso takes me back to the days I used to live with my mom, she used to come home from work and wanted something fast to make! ** tip: keep your stove medium heat, higher than that will only burn the outside 😅
Ingredients: makes 10 gorditas
4 cups Maseca
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp salt
3 1/2 - 4 cups water ( add little at a time)
10 oz cheeses, I used Oaxaca
6 poblano peppers
5 tomatoes
4 serrano peppers
1/2 onion
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cumin
1 tbsp bouillon
1 serving of love 💕
