Karate Stretch - Unleash Your Hip Power!
Hey Sqwod! Get ready to channel your inner martial artist with the Karate Stretch. This move is all about opening up those hips and gaining some serious hip mobility. Let's get into it!
HOW TO:
1. Kneeling Warrior Stance:
Begin on both knees with your hands perfectly stacked under your shoulders. This is your warrior starting position!
2. Lean Forward:
Now, lean forward toward your hands and swing your left leg out to the side, making it perpendicular to your body. Feel that dynamic stretch!
3. Hip Sway Showdown:
Time to get the hips involved! Rock them back and forth in a slow and controlled motion. It's like you're dancing with the rhythm of your own breath.
Recommended Reps: Aim for 8-10 reps. You'll feel those hips come alive!
