8 MIN AB WORKOUT // No Equipment | Scott Mathison
What’s up guys! Here’s a new bodyweight ab workout that will get your abs shredded in 8 minutes! This is a follow along workout, and we’ll be doing 40 seconds on, and then 20 seconds of rest before the next exercise. I have a preview of the upcoming exercise in the 20 second rest window so you can get ready for the next movement. If you need more of a challenge you can do this workout 2 or 3 times. I have listed the exercises below. Let’s get it!
