How to do ab wheel rollouts the right way

In this video I show you how to do ab wheel rollouts the right way in order to develop core strength in the abdomen. I show common mistakes and how to correct them, plus some easier and more difficult variations. Some of the exercises shown as being incorrect may correct if you are working on other parts of the body, for example, the shoulders. This video shows the correct method if the purpose is for an ab workout to develop a strong core.

Many similar YT videos have conflicting advice about breathing during this exercise. I show you my prefered method which involves exhaling during exertion (extended stage) and inhaling at the initial stage.
