I was originally going to link all of the relevant studies individually but since Examine.com already provides this in a nicely structured format I'll simply link to each individual page on their website where you can find a summary of each Sculptnation pre-workout ingredient along with the proper dosage information + study links:

V-SHRED SUPPLEMENT REVIEW
Step-By-Step Breakdown Of The "Sculptnation" Pre-Workout
In today's video I give a step by step review of the pre-workout formula from the V-Shred supplement line, "Sculptnation".
Here's a quick summary of the ingredients included in the Sculptnation pre-workout and their dosages...
Beta Alanine: This pre-workout compound can provide a small increase in workout performance on high rep sets in the 60+ second range. The proper research studied dose for pre-workout supplements is typically between 3.2-6.4 grams, with the minimum effective dosage being 2 grams. The V-Shred pre-workout contains 1.2 grams.
BCAA's: As long as you're consuming enough protein for the day as a whole, BCAA's are a redundant supplement that won't offer any further benefits for increasing protein synthesis or reducing muscle breakdown. In any case, a standard dosage would be around 5-10 grams before trainng, and the Sculptnation pre-workout provides 3 grams.
L-Tyrosine: This ingredient reduces fatigue and increases mental focus during workouts. The dosage can be as high as 7000mg, with the minimum effective dose being 500mg. This pre-workout from the V-Shred supplement line contains 100mg.
Betaine Anhydrous: Betaine might provide a very small increase in strength and power though the research is conflicting. The effective dosage range is 500-2500mg. The Sculpt Nation pre-workout delivers 100mg.
L-Citrulline: This is a research backed compound for improving muscular strength and endurance. As a pre-workout supplement it's typically used at 6000-8000mg in the form of citrulline malate. The V-Shred pre-workout contains 1000mg.
Caffeine: Typically used at a dosage of around 200-400mg for the purpose of increasing training performance. This Sculptnation supplement provides 300mg. Caffeine is a dirt cheap and highly effective pre-workout supplement, so even though all other ingredients in the Sculptnation pre-workout are hugely under-dosed, the product will still technically "work" simply because of the caffeine content.
Hope you found this Sculptnation pre-workout review useful. Other products from this line include Sculptnation Test Boost, Sculptnation Burn (fat burner) and Sculptnation Greens which I may review in a later video.
