In today's YouTube fitness review I'm switching gears from my recent "critique" style by going over 6 youtube fitness channels that I support and recommend.

There's so much inaccurate, misleading muscle building and fat loss information in the fitness industry these days, and you really need to be careful about where you're getting your advice from. It truly can make the difference between success and failure if you want to build muscle, burn fat and gain strength effectively.

I can confidently say that there are far more "fitness influencers" and "fitness experts" who put out poor information as opposed to truly accurate advice, and finding high quality fitness coaches is actually more challenging than you'd think.

Keep in mind that this doesn't automatically mean I agree with 100% of the information put out by today's recommended channels, but it's definitely 95%+, and I'd consider these as some of the best youtube fitness channels that I'm aware of.
