In today's video I'm covering a variety of lifting mistakes related to exercise selection (some of the worst exercises in my opinion and some dangerous exercises as well), training technique and even gym etiquette that are quite common (especially for bodybuilding beginners) but that you should probably steer clear of. If I really sat down and took the time I could probably come up with 100 different gym mistakes that novice lifters (and even intermediates) make, but these are the first 20 workout mistakes that came to mind.
