If you want to build chest muscle effectively, exercise selection is the first important step in the process. A high percentage of the chest exercises and pec workouts out there are centered around lifts that are simply ineffective, downright dangerous, or both. Unfortunately, many content creators simply upload these fancy "chest building workouts" for the purpose of garnering maximum views rather than based on what will truly produce the best muscle building results for the viewers.
