Dreem 2 Headband vs Science (sleep review; short version)

How accurately can the Dreem 2 Headband predict your sleep 💤? That is the question I answer in this video. I also made longer version of this video: https://youtu.be/3JoxXVUB2Mo

A scientific paper was just released to the scientific community where they compared the Dreem 2 Headband to a professional EEG device🛌. The professional device basically has more than a dozen electrodes attached to your head and face and tracks brain waves. Here I summarize the results from the paper.
