Menorca "the smaller" neighbour of the island of Mallorca. This is where mayonnaise comes from and langoustines are allowed to be caught by local fishermen over the summer months. The langoustine caldereta, a type of stew, is famous for its flavour. The Pons family is all about the langoustine, in the summer father and son go out to sea every day to catch the valuable shellfish.
