Be More Precise With Your Nutrition: since you are only working out for 30 minutes, you will be at a slight disadvantage with your calorie burn versus someone who spends hours in the gym every day.

Based on this, you will need to pay a little more attention to the foods you feed your mouth.

This is why a lot of professional athletes can eat like crap, and still look pretty decent. It’s because these athletes are training so many hours in a day.

I’m not saying your diet needs to be perfect, especially since your metabolism will be on fire from those 30 minutes of maximum effort workouts. All I’m saying is, the more hours you workout, the more flexible you can be with your diet, and still get decent results.

Make sure you focus the majority of your foods on:
- Beef
- Poultry
- Fish
- Eggs
- Nuts
- Vegetables
- Fruit
- Seeds
- Healthy oils

Plus, stick to just one cheat meal a week. These one ingredient whole foods will fuel your workouts and are the secret sauce to faster results.
