1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp or 1 envelope Sazon seasoning (culantro achote/Caribbean spice)
1 tbsp olive oil

1 tablespoon Olive oil for your hot skillet.
