The Best Shoulder warm up / injury prevention (No Equipment)

This is another Warm up i have created myself, since i had some shoulder problems, i just had to come up with a warm up that will prevent all those pains and injuries, i have been doing this for almost a year.. since than i havent got any injuries or stupid pains, my shoulders go threw alot of extreme pressure! this is the perfect warm up!
