Author, motivational speaker and self-proclaimed "Hustler", Jullien Gordon offers good sound life and business advice to an audience of teens regarding the perils of an ever shifting economy and the need to create multiple streams of income through side-hustles. Gordon suggests that this generation has the ability to position itself to "create value, be valued, and do work that aligns with their values".

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
