A Sound Mind and a Healthy Body: Arthur Grunenwald at TEDxYouth@BIS
Arthur Grunenwald is French, was originally born in Italy, and has traveled to every continent. Formerly depressed, he has found joy in life as a result of commencing a life of exercise. Instead of excelling in knowledge of physical benefits in exercise, he focuses on the social and mental utility of working out. His aspiration is to enlighten the world with the transformative nature of exercise and of what living a healthy lifestyle has done for him, and what it can do for you.
