some bits an pieces on a very sucessful road trip on Iceland featuring most of the highlights, this beautiful country has on offer.
As promises the trip was a visual feast, from the dynamic geothermal landscapes of the Golden Circle, where Geysir and Gullfoss showcase the Earth's raw power, to the hauntingly beautiful black sand beaches of Reynisfjara, framed by basalt columns and powerful waves, and the lunar-like landscapes of the Highlands, providing a canvas for dramatic shots. Exploring the Snæfellsnes Peninsula reveals iconic scenes like the Kirkjufell mountain, while venturing eastward unveils the Vatnajökull National Park's glaciers and ice caves, creating a diverse and captivating portfolio of Iceland's awe-inspiring beauty. Shooting the elusive Northern Lights against the iconic backdrops of the Stokksnes Peninsula was more than somebody could think of.
Besides the photographic aspect it was also pretty cool to get in touch with the culture and enjoy beer spa and other relaxing nature baths fed by natural hot springs.
