The best Strength class with sas and Hitch-fitness

STRENGTH: The ability to withstand or exert great force, stress, or pressure

SAS fitness joined forces with Hitch-fitness to bring you this short video. Hitch-fitness believes that exercise is a key element when it comes to our survival and that people need to be aware of not doing enough could produce physical damage and mental unawareness, "We need to wake up and find our purpose for being here".

•Resistance sprints with band
•Squats
•walkouts
•Frogs
•battleropes
•tyre &a hammer
•Barbell rollout & shoulder press
•Hurricane rolls /w ball slam
•Single arm rope kettlebell
•Single arm rope wave
•Russian twist /w ball
•SIDE2SIDES push ups

Can all be done with timer or to reps.
