Beginners boxing workout with sas fitness

Boxercise a system of sustained exercises combining boxing movements with aerobic activities

This is my brother Wayne, he has only been on the boxing pads x3 times, he doesn't wish to be a fighter his only wish is to keep his strength his conditioning and his focus.

The Boxercise routine used:

• 1,2 step left 2 x10 REPS

• 1,2 step left 4 x10 REPS

• 1,2 step left 6 x10 REPS

• 1,2 step left 8 x10 REPS

HANDS DOWN ROUND

Can be down with single shots thrown or combinations.

Full combination to finish

1,2,3,2 back 2 back 2 slip right roll left 3,2,3

Finished.
