Woodturning - Tornado Eggs and Big Lake Oregon

While camping at Big Lake in Oregon I needed something to do that involved wood turning. So I made a video on my phone of some turned eggs that are segmented to give a tornado effect.
This video has photos at the start and end plus a small video of an egg spinning on my lathe. A bit shaky camera work but this is pretty new to me. I guess you can teach an old retired guy new tricks too.
There is a great view of Mt. Washington which is also in Oregon right across the lake. It is a mile and half as the crow flies.
It looked very cool during the thunderstorm last night.
