🇩🇰 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗛𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗡! 🇩🇰 Things to Do - Fun History - Colourful Buildings - and why Danes are so dang happy!

Copenhagen is a city FILLED with beautiful secret courtyards - and it's so easy to walk right by them if you don't know where to look. It's a really fun (and free!) way to spend a day walking around in Copenhagen. So for this video, grab a cup of coffee, put in some headphones, and come along with me as I show you 5 of the most beautiful courtyards of all.

Spoilers ahead: in case you want to know ahead of time, we'll be visiting places on Lille Strandstræde, Store Strandstræde (both easily located next to the world famous Nyhavn harbour), Princessegade, Pistrolstræde, Grønnegade, and Kringlegangen (right off of colourful Gråbrødretorv). Most of these have such inconspicuous secret passages, you just might miss them if you don't know where to look ;)

Some of these places date from the 1600-1700s and there are many examples of Danish half timber buildings. This video will introduce you to the REAL insider Copenhagen, the city only locals know!
