[Ingredients]
Frozen pie sheet ：2 sheets
Heavy cream：100ml
A - White chocolate：50g
A - Heavy cream：100ml
Berries fruit：suitable amount
[Recipe]
■Pie
1. Pile the frozen pie sheets and cut in shape
2. Carve out the upper pie sheet
3. Prick holes on the lower pie sheet
4. Wet the top and lower part with water, and spread the edge with egg yolk
5. Bake in oven for 13-15 mins at 200℃
■White Chocolate Cream
1. Chop the white chocolate (ingredient A)
2. Boil the 100ml heavy cream of ingredient A and mix with step 1
3. Whip the other 100ml heavy cream into pre-soft peak stage and mix with step 2
4. Using the pastry bag and top it in the pie
