Making glutinous rice ball dim sum is incredibly simple, featuring soft glutinous rice coated outside the chewy meatballs. Completing it requires just a few straightforward steps. The texture is delightful, exuding a rich aroma and a crispy flavour with the addition of yam bean chunks. It becomes even more delicious when served with chili or tomato sauce.

▶️ Ingredients 材料:
100g Glutinous rice 糯米
150g Prawns paste 虾泥
150g Minced pork 肉末
100g Yam bean 沙葛
1 Chinese mushroom 香菇
2 Shallots 小红葱
2 cloves Garlic 蒜瓣

1/2 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
1/4 tsp Five spices powder 五香粉
1/2 tsp Salt 盐
1/2 tsp Sugar 糖
1 tbsp Corn starch 玉米淀粉
1 Egg White (medium egg) 蛋白 (中蛋)
1/2 tsp Light soy sauce 酱青
1/2 tsp Sesame oil 麻油

糯米鸡
Lo Mai Gai

▶️ Ingredients 材料:
📌 Fried Glutinous Rice 炒糯米
200g Glutinous rice 糯米
(Soaked for 4 hour & rinsed)
(浸泡四小时去水)
Soy sauce 酱油 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 蚝油 2 tbsp
Black soy sauce 黑酱油 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 麻油 1 tbsp
Pinch of pepper powder 胡椒粉少许
Cooking oil 食油
Garlic 蒜米
Chinese sausage 腊肠
Pinch of salt 盐少许

📌 Chicken Meat 鸡肉
Chicken thigh 鸡腿肉
Soy sauce 酱油 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 蚝油 1 tbsp
Black soy sauce 黑酱油 1 tbsp
Fragrant rice wine 香米酒 2 tbsp
Sesame oil 麻油 1 tbsp
Corn flour 玉米粉 1 tbsp
Pinch of pepper powder 胡椒粉少许
Mushrooms 香菇
