Hi guys! Vicky here! Thank you for taking the time to click on my channel/ All your support is very much appreciated!

Today I am sharing with you something that has played a very big part in my life (unfortunately)... anorexia nervosa.

Anorexia is a dreadful disorder that ruins lives, families, relationships and has the highest mortality rate of any mental illness.

I am sharing my story because I want to show you that freedom is possible. Although it may seem like an endless battle, there is hope! I believe in you!

I hope you don't find this video too upsetting or triggering - that's the last thing I want.
I just want everyone to realise that there is no need to be ashamed of having an eating disorder - it simply has made me stronger and who I am today.

The reason I have shared pictures is not because I want to show you how thin I was. I just want to show you how much happier I am compared to when I was stuck in the darkest place and I feel that you can see that through my current smile.
