TRIGGER WARNING! This video contains graphic images of eating disorders (anorexia nervosa and bulimia) and their symptoms. My parents fought for me to be treated at home instead of in hospital, I was having weekly blood tests and ECGs because my heart had started to be effected by my low weight. I had the OSCA (eating team) come to my house at meal times to supervise my meals at home.

Home treatment isn't perfect for everyone, it was manageable for me because my family is very open and strong; we don't avoid conflict (there is a lot of that during eating disorders). I am so grateful they managed to pull me through this darkest time, I hope one day to pay them all back for that debt.

I never want anyone to look at my channel and think I live a completely perfect life. Everyone has battles in their life that they have to face, and I wanted to share mine with you. This is really graphic and was really hard for me to film; I know it is blurry at some points but I didn't have the emotional energy to film it again. I hope this video inspires you to be kinder, I hope it makes you more mindful and if you are currently struggling, I hope it makes you want to recover. We can bEAT eating disorders. LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL.
