Rosemary garlic Maui venison- using the best marinade for grilling! Kimi Werner Recipe

Garlic, Dijon, Rosemary marinade is fast and easy to make and is the best sauce to marinate everything for grilling or smoking. You can use it for grilled vegetables, potatoes, chicken or other meat. This recipe uses wild organic venison chops.

Ingredients for marinade:

garlic
salt
rosemary
dijion mustard
olive oil

The venison in this video was marinated overnight, smoked for two hours (though we actually went 30 minutes over in this episode since we went to the beach!) then seared at 500 degrees on a Traeger grill for a beautiful reverse sear. Let rest for 5 minutes, cut and eat with fingers!

Fun fact: Maui Nui Venison saves Native Hawaiian forests by managing the invasive deer population and uses their harvests to feed communities. They have donated over 15K lbs of healthy organic venison to communities in need during this pandemic.
